The Print Purchase Quote function allows you to print purchase quotes. In lower versions, printing of purchase quotes and purchase orders are lumped in one function. In AccountMate 7, you have the luxury to choose from the menu whether to print purchase quote or purchase order.

You can print unprinted or previously printed purchase quotes. You can even print an alignment test for the report.

You can print the report on a preprinted form or on an ordinary paper. You can also include the item’s unit cost in the report. You can define these settings in the PO Module Setup -> Printing tab.
