to create a password. Use the AccountMate Reset Password feature.
If you do not have an AccountMate
Support Number, please register your AccountMate software today. You will be
provided with a Support Number upon software registration.
If you forgot your AccountMate Support
Number, you can find it on the About AccountMate screen of your Visual
AccountMate software.
If you forgot your password, you may
use the AccountMate
Reset Password feature of our website to let
our system retrieve your account based on the information you will be providing
us. We will reset your password if we can verify your identity, and provide you
with an email containing a temporary password, which will allow you to log on to
AccountMate Profile Update to change your account information.
