Local Deployment of the AccountMate Software system enables a client to own their software licenses and have their software installed on their local server. Office computers can be connected to the local server. Routine backup and hardware installation should be done by the client or their computer professionals to maintain the integrity of the accounting data.

The clients license their AccountMate accounting software and related add-on solutions from their AccountMate solution providers. They are also the ones that install, upgrade and modify the software as requested by their client.

AccountMate Cloud (Software-as-a-Service) allows a client to rent (not own) the AccountMate software system. With monthly AccountMate Cloud pricing, all the software and server costs are fixed and easily budgeted. Included in a single monthly charge are the registered software licenses, maintenance, hosting fees and payroll tax subscriptions (as appropriate).

It is a hosting service at a secured facility where AccountMate Solution Providers and clients can remotely access their AccountMate Software system, distributed software products, vertical solution add-on solutions and any other agreed-upon applications. Our AccountMate Solution Providers remain the valued consultants to their clients since these Solution Providers install, upgrade and can modify the AccountMate software program while they are hosted at this secured facility. Automated backup service is included.

This SaaS approach supports the modifications so that AccountMate Solution Providers can customize the application for each client. It also enables AccountMate Solution Providers to install Authorized third-party software at the same time.

AccountMate Hosted enables a client who has a local perpetual AccountMate Software license to instead have it hosted at the remote secured facility. They pay a designated monthly hosting and maintenance fee to remotely access their own AccountMate Software system, distributed software products, vertical solution add-on solutions and any other agreed-upon applications. In this instance the client’s AccountMate Solution Provider installs, upgrades and can modify their AccountMate software program while it is hosted at this secured facility. Automated backup service is included.
