AM11 Sample Reports

The Print Sales Quote function allows you to print sales quotes that you can send to customers. Sales quotes are non-binding and do not affect inventory quantities and customer balances. You can print individual or a range of sales quotes at a time.

You can generate only the unprinted sales quotes, only the previously printed sales quotes or all sales quotes. You can also set up to hide, encrypt or show credit card information oin the document. You can select to print for an alignment test only, to include the voided sales quotes, to show the request dates or the dates when the customers expect to receive their orders, and to suppress the report labels’ background color.

You can print a sales quote on a pre-printed form or on an ordinary paper. You can configure these settings in the SO Module Setup -> Printing tab.
