AM11 Sample Reports

The Internal Stock Issuance Reports provide information on various activities that take place during a physical inventory count process. Each of the Internal Stock Issuance Reports is especially designed to provide several options so you can narrow down data to the specific information needed. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Internal Stock Issuance Reports available in AccountMate.

Print Stock Issuance Slip

The Print Stock Issuance Slip function allows you to print the internal stock slip(s) for each of the transactions entered in the Internal Stock Issuance function.

You can generate the report only for the unprinted issuance slips, only for the previously printed issuance slips, or both. You can show the serial numbers, lot numbers, and kit numbers in the report. You can print the document without the report label’s background color and print for an alignment test only.

You can also print the report on a pre-printed form or on an ordinary paper. You can configure these settings in the Ic Module Setup -> Printing tab.

Internal Issuance Report

The Internal Issuance Report shows the details of stock issuance transactions recorded in AccountMate. This report is useful in reviewing the validity and frequency of stock issuances.

You can set to show on the report the serial numbers, lot numbers, or kit numbers, if applicable.
