Payroll - Print Payroll Check
The Print Payroll Check function allows you to print checks for employees/independent contractors. This function is especially useful in cases where you have a volume of payroll checks to be issued. You can print checks only for payroll transactions for which payment has been applied using the Apply Payroll/Payment function. This function also allows you to choose whether to print payroll checks only
for time card employees, salaried employees, hourly employees, additional
payments, 1099 payments, or all types of payroll transactions. You can also
configure the system to combine into one check all payments to an individual.
In addition, you also have an option to print a regular check for an employee
set up for electronic payment; this feature comes in handy as you do not need
to change or lose the employee's electronic payment information every time a
regular payroll check needs to be printed.
