The Print W-2 Form function helps you easily comply with the tax filing requirements. It allows you to preview or print federal form W-2 for employees for the current and prior tax years. You can choose to print W-2s on a Standard (1 Cross) form, which allows you to print simultaneously both the employee and employer copies on preprinted continuous forms. The W-2 Laser Form (1 Cross) is available if you want to print simultaneously the employee and employer copies using a laser printer or to print the employer's copy only. If you want to print the employee's copy only using a laser printer, you can use the Laser Form (4 up 2 over 20). If you just want to keep your own copies of the W-2s, the Black/White Laser Form is available for this purpose. In case of audit, it is recommended that you print this form before closing the current tax year.

You can choose to include the company name and address, and federal ID on the W-2s. You can also select to print each W-2 batch on a new page. You also have the option to run W-2 alignment test using this function.
