Payroll - Re-print Payroll Check
In the event the printer jams and the checks are not printed on a range of check stock, you may want to reprint payroll checks using the same previously used check numbers. In such case, you can use the Re-print Payroll Check function. You can reprint any PR checks except when it is included in a bank reconciliation, voided, or a handwritten check.
You can reprint an individual check or a range of check numbers. When printing an individual check, you have an option to use a check number and check date that is different from the original check to be reprinted. You may also run a check alignment test using this function.
