AM Enterprise 2020 Sample Reports

The Transaction Logs are especially designed to help you monitor the various transactions recorded for each inventory and special items. Each of the Transaction Logs is especially designed to provide several options so you can narrow down data to the specific information you need. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Transaction Logs available in AccountMate Enterprise.

Inventory Transaction Log

The Inventory Transaction Log provides details of transactions involving the inventory items for a specific period. It shows the transaction numbers and the transaction types, among other details. This report is useful for reviewing and tracking inventory transactions within a specific period.

Serial # Transaction Log

The Serial # Transaction Log provides details on transactions involving serialized inventory items. This report is useful for tracking and reviewing each transaction involving serialized inventory items.

You can select to include in the report the following transactions involving serialized inventory items: in-transit inventory receipts, sales invoices, purchase order receipts, work order processing, built kit, assignment/amendment of serial numbers, warehouse inventory transfers, bin inventory movement, inventory adjustments, RA shipments/receipts or a combination of these options. You also have the option to show in the report the serialized items’ specifications.

Kit Item Transaction Log

The Kit Item Transaction Log provides detailed information about the transactions involving standard kit inventory items. These transactions may include the building and disassembling of the kit items.

You can select to include in the report the kit item’s components and the kit items that are not sold yet. You have the option to show the kit and component items’ serial numbers and lot numbers, if applicable. You can further select to generate this report only for disassembled kit items, only for built kit items, or for both disassembled and built kit items.

Customized Kit Item Transaction Log

The Customized Kit Item Transaction Log shows a list of all the kit inventory items that were built using the Build Customized Kit Item function. This report helps you identify the sales orders that include customized kit items and monitor the amount of customized kit items.

You may set the report to include only those customized kits with non-zero quantities on-hand and include the customized kit’s component items. Options to show the items’ serial numbers and lot numbers are available. You can also select to show the items’ assigned class, product line and inventory type information in the report. You can further filter the report to show only built customized kits, only disassembled customized kits, or all customized kits.
