The Print Advanced Bill function allows you to preview and print proforma invoice documents, which show the specific inventory items ordered by customers that are billed in advance. You can forward the proforma invoice to your customers as acknowledgement of their orders and to collect payment before shipping the goods.

You can select to generate the report for an individual proforma invoice, a range of advance bill numbers or all advance bills. You can opt to show the credit card number on the document, and to suppress the report labels’ background color. You can choose to print only the unprinted advanced billings, only the previously printed advanced billings, or all advanced billings.
