Sales Order - Sales Tax Listings
The Sales Tax Listings provide information on the sales tax codes and the sales tax amounts calculated for each taxable sales order. These reports are useful for reviewing the sales tax codes assigned to the sales orders and for verifying taxable sales information. Each of the Sales Tax Listings is especially designed with options you can choose that narrows down data to the specific information you need. Read the information below to get a closer look at each of the Sales Tax Reports available in AccountMate Enterprise. Sales Tax Entity Listing AccountMate allows you to set up multiple sales tax entities that can be assigned to one or more sales tax codes. The Sales Tax Entity Listing provides information on these sales tax entities such as the minimum and maximum taxable amount as well as the minimum and maximum tax amount, tax basis and rounding method. This report helps you verify the sales tax entity records that are set up and maintained in AccountMate Enterprise.
Sales Tax Code Listing The Sales Tax Code Listing provides detailed information on the sales tax codes that are set up using the Sales Tax Code Maintenance function. This report is useful for reviewing the accuracy of the sales tax codes and for validating the sales tax entities and rates assigned to each sales tax code. You can select to show in the report the predefined minimum and maximum taxable and tax amounts.
Sales Tax Bracket Listing AccountMate allows you to set up sales tax brackets that can be assigned to customers. The calculation of sales tax is based on a range (bracket) of taxable amount of the sales. The Sales Tax Bracket Listing provides information on the tax bracket and the taxable amount range. The report is useful for reviewing the accuracy of the sales tax range and corresponding tax amount for each tax bracket. Sales Tax Brackets are set up using the Sales Tax Bracket Maintenance function. You can select to show the tax bracket details in the report.
